AGi32 Training FAQs

Where are the classes offered and when? What is the price?

AGi32 learning opportunities are offered in both remote location and in our Littleton, CO facility. Please see these links for more information.

Are there class outlines describing the course content?

Yes. Additional class information and outlines are available on the Course Schedule Page. You may also dowload the AGi32 Training Brochure for course overviews and benefits.


How can I tell whether I need to sign up for the Introductory or Advanced training class?
Can I obtain LEUs for attending the AGi32 training classes?

Yes. AGi32 training seminars in remote locations are worth 12 LEU credits. Seminars in Littleton, CO are worth 18 LEU credits towards maintenance of your LC certification.


How do I register for a class?

Students may register for AGi32 classes online! If you have trouble contact :


Can you recommend a hotel nearby when visiting Colorado?

Yes. You will find hotel recommendations, maps and other transportation details on our Travel and Hotels page.


Do I need to rent a car while attending training in Colorado?

Yes. It is our recommendation that you do not rely on taxi-cab services to our office or your hotel, they are very unreliable. Therefore, you will need to rent a car - all major car rental companies are available at Denver International Airport.


How soon after I register for training will my credit card be charged?

Charges are processed immediately from our online registration. Refunds are availabel up to 10 business days before the selected AGi32 class begins.


When will I receive confirmation I am enrolled in the class?

You will receive email confirmation upon registration as well as additional contact regarding our training curriculum the week before. If you do not hear from us, you are not registered in the class.


Do I need to bring anything with me to the class?

No. All training materials and computers are provided. Only an enthusiastic desire to learn and have fun is required.


What is the cancellation policy for training classes?

Lighting Analysts reserves the right to cancel courses with less than six attendees up to 10 business days before the course begins.

If the student needs to cancel, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations outside of 10 business days are fully refundable. Cancellations inside of 10 business days are subject to the following: (a) If at the sole discretion of Lighting Analysts, we are able to fill the vacancy, the fee is fully refundable. (b) If we are unable to fill the vacancy the fee is non-refundable.


Can you provide training On-Site at my facility?

Yes, Lighting Analysts may provide training at your facility with a 6 student minimum. Additional information is available on the On-Site Training page.


Do you provide training internationally?

Yes, Lighting Analysts resellers provide training courses in each respective region and/or country. Please contact your local reseller directly from our Reps page to obtain additional information.
