Transportation
You should plan on arriving the night before training, as we are 45 miles from the airport. Do not plan your return flight to leave before 8:30 pm on Friday, for the same reason.
It is our recommendation that you do not rely on taxi-cab service to our office or your hotel, it is very unreliable. Therefore, you will need to rent a car - all major car rental companies are available at Denver International Airport.
Above, you will find a map which will help guide you from the Denver International Airport to the hotels and to our office. The newest highway, E-470, is a toll road, and will run $5.00 each way to and from the airport, but avoids most of the heavy traffic areas and we find it worth the money! If you plan to use the toll road, please plan on carrying cash with you (exact change not necessary).
Hotels
The following hotels are suggested as they are the most convenient hotels for our location. The Residence Inn at Highlands Ranch is located the farthest away, however, it offers the most dining and entertainment options in its immediate vicinity (restaurants, movie theater, brewpub are located within walking distance).

Meals
The training sessions will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We provide lunch and light snacks during the seminar. Please advise Renae if you have any special dietary restrictions. All the recommended hotels have a breakfast buffet. For evening excursions, there are several good restaurants within walking distance of the Residence Inn and virtually anything is available by car. We will be happy to make recommendations when you are here.
