Summary:

Coordinate data for entity labels is not updated when units are converted (e.g. ft. to meters). Applies to Lumiaire, CalcPts, Object and Room labels that contain coordinate data.

Workaround:

After converting units, simply relabel (edit) the entities in question.

Status:

This issue has been addressed in v2.1.
