The Knowledgebase is a useful resource to find solutions to common question or problems and to research lighting related topics. It is NOT a good place to obtain technical support. If you have a question that can not be answered by the Knowledgebase, please submit a support report.
The Knowledgebase is stratified into several categories including two product categories: AGi32 and Toolbox. Within these two product categories are three subcategories:
Knowledgebase - Provides detailed information using several different topic types:
- How To: Used to explain common methods, techniques or processes. For example: How To Update an AGI32 Activate Disk Environment
- Info: General information. For example: Color and Reflectance
- Issue: Used for problems and/or bugs that are not directly attributed to LAI programs but cause problems with LAI programs. For example: AGI32 randomly crashes after defining luminaires
- Fix: Used for problems and/or bugs for which there is a known fix
- Bug: Used for problems and/or bugs for which there is a known workaround
FAQ’S (Frequently Asked Questions) - Provides quick answers to common questions
Under Investigation (Secure) - This category of the Knowledgebase is reserved for issues that are currently under investigation and is not accessible by the general public. If you attempt to access this section, you will prompt to login.
