We wil bend over backwards to help you under almost any circumstances. However, all users must realize that there is a point where software products become unsupportable. For our list of Legacy software please see our Support Archive.
- Support Plus - SupportPlus is an annual maintenance plan that provides customers with unlimited telephone support as well as free upgrades for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
- Knowledgebase - Our knowledgebase is the best way to find answers for common issues. The knowledgebase contains information on bug fixes and known problems, as well as tips on performance and modeling.
- AGi32 Help System - This is an online version of the programs internal Help System. Over 700 pages of printed documentation rolled into hyperlinked HTML Help.
- Submit a Support Report - If you have a problem with our software, the support report is an easy way to request assistance. The handy online form ensures we receive all the necessary information to best assist you.
- Customer Login - All registered users have a download account stocked with purchased products. Login using your LAI# and email address (must match our records) to download anytime.
- Contact Us - Can we assist you with additional questions or purchases? This section provides contact information as well as briefs on our staff members.
- User Forums - Interact with other dynamic
users and LAI technical staff in our online forums. Post your questions, wish-list items and comments here. Specific technical support requests are more promptly handled using a Support Report (above). Please note: due to spamming, customers must register and login to use the Forum.
- Extras for AGi32 - This section contains download links to AGi32 sample files, PDF documentation and more.
- Technical Documents - Browse through our collection of resources on Radiosity, photometry and more here.
- Training - Learn about our highly acclaimed AGi32 training classes in our Littleton, Colorado office. Check out the latest class schedule, glance at class outlines, find out where to stay and how to get here.
- Newsletters - Browse past newsletters for product and industry news.
- RemoteUs - RemoteUs is a remote access program that is easy to use, and allows the Lighting Analysts Customer Care staff to help diagnose issues by viewing the user's computer.
